Orca Attack Band Elizabeth Joan Kelly

Orca, Attack! is Elizabeth Joan Kelly and David Rodriguez, a New Orleans-based electronic-swamp-rock-meets-space-opera-and-folk band. We made this mix in honor of our upcoming release, C.M.S.O., an educational album inspired by spoken word, library music, and the electronic works of Raymond Scott. C.M.S.O. is the inaugural release of Strategic Tape Reserve’s Learning by Listening, an instructive cassette series designed to bring the information of the world into your home and your brain.

Accordingly, the mix includes a smorgasbord of spoken word, synthesized voices, music made for commercial purposes, music made for educational/instructional purposes, videogame music, and some other stuff that we just thought was cool.
