Plague song (for Médecins Sans Frontières) (Self Released)
Plague Song is a piece of graphic score written by Nick Gill during the COVID-19 pandemic, with interpretations of that score being recorded by musicians from the worlds of ambient, classical and experimental music. The score features no instructions for instrumentation, duration or performance style, and artists were free to respond to it however they saw fit.
The compilation was released in August 2020, with all proceeds being donated to Medecins Sans Frontieres (Doctors without Borders) in a small attempt to make the world a better place. If you can afford to pay more for the album, then please do.
