Few years ago we interviewed Justin Pearson about his label Three One G as well as his numerous musical projects (The Locust, Holy Molar and Retox, to name just a few). We’re proud to present a mix that Justin compiled for IHN!
Justin’s most recent project is first/self-titled full-length from Planet B, his collaboration with Luke Henshaw (Sonido De La Frontera). The LP is chock full of guest appearances from the likes of rap legend Kool Keith, Nick Zinner (Head Wound City, Yeah Yeah Yeahs) and Martin Atkins (Pigface, The Damage Manual, ex-Killing Joke / Public Image Limited).
Planet B’s debut is out now on Ipecac Recordings – you can read more about the project on Three One G website and/or stream the entire thing via Bandcamp!
As for the mix – think about it as a proper introduction to Three One G! Thirty cuts by Doomsday Student, Arab on Radar, Daughters, Chinese Stars, Orthrelm, Qui and many more!
