BWWD is a collaboration between Shearwater’s Johnathan Meiburg and Xiu Xiu frontman/leader Jamie Stewart. The band is named after a 70s documentary about explorers looking for sharks in Australia (an excerpt from the movie is shown below).
The band’s self-titled album is scheduled for release on October 12 via Graveface label.
