New Music Releases
Bohren und Der Club of Core is known as a jazz noir quartet – drums, keyboards, sax, bass and I think guitar. Very dark, heavy, doomy gorgeous stuff that will appeal to metal fans, but with a sax twist beginning around the 7-minute mark that is breathtaking. Experimental, genre busting and affecting. (Mitleid means pity or compassion.)
