We’re proud to present a mix by one of the unsung heroes of Midwestern rock scene – guitarist/vocalist Nick Sakes. Nick’s career spans 3 decades with much of his output tied to Missouri label Skin Graft Records. As Dark Forces Swing Blind Punches blog puts it:
There is a certain category of well-known (or even just “known”) DIY-rock lifer who’s been around forever and has been in a long string of bands.
