To kick off 2022, we're releasing Wóma's album, Drán & Ongalnes. It's a collection of five improvised works created solely using an unusual musical instrument/sound sculpture called a bow chime - essentially, a large stainless steel resonator affixed to a series of tuned rods. It combines deep, metallic resonances, microtonal harmonies, and primitive, vocalistic utterances.
