Jonsi, Frontman of Sigur Ros released an incredible album Shiver this year, one of my favourites of the year very varied and interesting, worth a check out.

Kitka from Sweden are a very interesting electro duo released  3 tracks this year which are worth seeking out if you like electro synth pop.

Deluxe also released a few great tracks this year, French funk signed to the awesome Chinese man label.

Black Market Hard-Tack from Canada released a great Christmas track which I am in the video for. I play them regularly on my show, electro indie noise

Paragone Cause from Ottawo also released a great album via Analogue Trash this year

Actors again from Canada, great band, worth checking out as are The Cultural Studies from Belgium, spoken word electro.

@chunky666 I didn't find out about Jónsi's new album until a month ago. I was listening to his first one and thought "I wonder if he ever made a follow-up...?"

The LP was delivered the next day!

It took me a few plays to warm up to "Go", so it's still in the honeymoon period, so-to-speak, but some of the tunes definitely get stuck in your head!
