Got a record that you like that isn't mentioned on our lists and you'd like to review it?

Detour

A peaceful, hypnotic and curious environment. Blends indoor and outdoor sounds in a way that keeps you trying to figure out what you're hearing. Relaxing, yet you never lose the sense of exploration. Beautifully recorded, with a satisfying use of the frequency range.

I really don't have a strong enough background in like, playing/writing music to confidently write a review, but it blows my mind that I still never see any reviews or even discussion of that Big Walnuts Yonder self-titled... Like, it's Mike Watt (Minutemen/fIREHOSE/etc) + Nick Reinhart (Tera Melos/Bygones) + Nels Cline (Wilco) + Greg Saunier (Deerhoof). How is this not a huge huge deal? Such an amazing album... And recorded live. I immediately ordered the LP when I heard it, then posted the lyrics on Genius because like, how can people not need to know what it's all about?

Ah that's really cool. How do you even come about getting to interview these unbelievable musicians? As someone who does not work or have any real direct ties to the national music scene (outside of being a fan and buying records, merch, and admission to shows) I have no real concept of how that process would even begin.
