Damon & Naomi - A Sky Record
Their first record in 6 years, and it is a glorious and wonderful as anything in their back catalogue.
The returning Michio Kurihara(Overhang Party, Cosmic Invention to name but 2 of many projects) brings his gorgeous guitar playing to the front again, Season Without Time is a great example of that.
Yes the music is slow, and some of the lyrics do reflect what has happened the last 12 months, but the music really is uplifting. A bit like Low who i would put if the same....tone/feel you could say(there is even a track called Invincible).
A lovely surprise release for 2021.
