She Is Not Alone is named after the minimalist no wave Sonic Youth song. ‘Nothing Is’ is their debut release on Heavy Cloud Sounds. They cite the following as inspirations and thank yous: SY, SM, Phil Elverum, Swell Maps, Eric Copeland, Lolina, Philip Jeck, Rothko and Pessoa.
