MFK'S APPROACH

MFK'S APPROACH is Michel Kristof's solo, free experimental guitar project. He is a very prolific and passionate guitar player. He can go from a simple guitar note to a raging cacophony of sound and noise at a blink of an eye. He doesn't just play the guitar, he wrings out the note, attacking the strings with a flurry of stabs of the plectrum, bending the strings beyond what's intended. He is to guitar playing as to what Jackson Pollack was to painting. Creating these giant sheets of abstract sound but when you really sit there and listen its not all chaos, there are patterns, shapes and style. That is MFK's Approach.

Michel has released collaborations with everyone from Vinnie Paternostro to Wayne Rex and Takami Fujimoto both on MAS and his personal BandCamp page. He is one half Other Matter with long time band mate Julien Palomo and now 1/3 of lemon Trio (coming soon to MAS) and many more to even list.
