Airstrip 101 can best be described as dystopian psychedelics, using bass guitar and vocoder as the core driving instruments with elements of industrial, Krautrock, noise, space rock, and musique concrete with influences including, but not limited to Can, Cluster, Faust, Chrome, Earth, Suicide, Nurse with Wound, Chris Watson, and Conrad Schnitzler.
