Bridges & Squares is the show run by Ted and Colin, in their own words – “two music nerds who try to document the best music in and around Boston”.
Their more recent podcast featured two hard-rocking local bands – Radio Control (“an offbeat duo who keep their lightning-fast chords in check with equally dirty, sticky melodies”, according to Boston Band Crush) and Alchemilla, who “sound like they’ve been writing songs and booting heroin with Kim Deal and Lou Reed backstage at a New York Dolls show”. (again, according to BBC).
On we have the well crafted alternative rock of Alchemilla. For we have the energetic and fun punk rock of Radio Control. These two bands show the breadth of rock we play here in Boston.
