Three nights of underground heavy music featuring BIG|BRAVE, Royal Thunder, Final Gasp, Stephen Brodsky & Adam McGrath and more!

Heavy and underground is 100% what we’re about here at IHN, so this year’s edition of Somergloom sounds right up our alley! Spearheaded by Stephen LoVerme, an unsung hero of the Boston scene, it will take place at Arts at the Armory in Somerville over three nights between Aug. 22 and Aug. 24.

GOZU – CLDZ / Chunky snarling guitars, great drums and a bottom end that sustains. Sliding between hardcore and emo.

Kira McSpice – Knife like a Spile / Very heavy and very focused

Oahk – Sea Kelp / Loud guitar, sometimes with drums, sometimes just guitar. Some post rock, some ambient, some drone from Central New Hampshire
