We’re proud to present a mix by Glass Famine, Chicago band comprised of former members of Casimer & Casimir and Pas/Cal. To date, they released just one single, but what a single it is! Grumbling Bellies is an avant-rock confection that is as complex as it is melodic, equal parts art-rock dissonance and pure pop bliss.
An hour long mix that they compiled is packed to the brim with music spanning multiple decades, genres and even countries! This one got Canadian Beatlemaniacs Klaatu, Boston’s recently united noise rockers Swirlies, some very strange 60s psychedelia/experiments (Tommy James and The Shondells, Jefferson Airplane, T-Rex) and instrumentals created by GF themselves (among many other awesome things).
