Asthmatic Kitty AK (named after
Sara (1994-2008) ) is an American recordwhich was founded in 1999 by Sufjan Stevens and Lowell Brams. The label released majority of Stevens work and some of the artists that also worked with the label include:

Chrome Peeler CP is a New Jersey label started by Jason Ziemniak. Chrome Peeler releases and distributes records in all sorts of genres – from black metal, noise and industrial to indie.
Chrome Peeler is also responsible for putting out a series of compilations entitled “You’ve Got Your Orders”, where artists created tracks based on titles provided to them. Two volumes issued so far include tracks from Mark Arm (Mudhoney), Weasel Walter (Flying Luttenbachers), Neil Fallon (Clutch), Johnette Napolitano (Concrete Blonde), Phil Puleo (Cop Shoot Cop), Brant Bjork (Kyuss) and many others.
The label is also scheduled to release a split between
Unearthly Trance and
Wooden Wand with both bands covering Charles Manson songs.
