New Music Releases Compilations Various Artists
Talking about compilations that came out in December – again! See part 1 here and/or dive into our archives.
Home Normal (Home Normal)
The title for the album ‘Home Normal’ seems so apt as the label finally feels at home somewhere. Being forced to calm my own wandering spirit has led to a great deal of peace, and for the first year since our inception we’ve worked with close friends with a patient sense of their own creative nature.
featuring Andrew Tasselmyer, Pleq/Hakobune, David Cordero, anthene, ghost and tape and more.
TIIF 2020 (This Is It Forever)
A selection of the music TIIF put out this year, plus some exclusives to go with them. It’s pay-what-you-want, but all proceeds go to Shelter.
featuring worriedaboutsatan, Capac, Ghosting Seasons, Veins Full of Static and Falconetti
Blue Shift (Triplicate Records)
Seventeen artists provide seventeen excellent reasons to get your hands on the fantastic phantasmic space-IDM compilation ‘Blue Shift’. They also coalesce beautifully into an amorphous blob of pure earcandy. Not a single weak link in sight, just beautiful composition after beautiful composition. Don’t miss the third and finest yet Triplicate Records compilation record, with fabulous contributions from Belial Pelegrim, Synesthete, Chaircrusher, Andy Wiseman, Acef Stripe, and many many more. Well, 12 more.
