Formed in Leningrad in 1972 by Boris Grebenshchikov, then a student of Applied Mathematics at Leningrad State University, and Anatoly "George" Gunitsky, then a playwright and absurdist poet. Most of their greatest work is considerd to be their first few albums recorded in the begining of the 80's

]]>Verasy (Верасы) was a musical band created in Belarus (then Belarusian SSR, Soviet Union) in 1971. It was created under the Belarusian State Philarmony, Minsk, director and composer Vasily Rainchik. Along with Pesnyary and Syabry, Verasy was one of the major pop music groups in Belarus at the time.
